2019 | Smash: The Concert
Responsibilities

- Venue liaison
- Partner Liaison
- Marketing support (incl. pre-event social media publicity)
- Ticketing management incl. liaison with ticketing agent
- On-site Event management, inclu. Front-of House management, coordination with backstage, voice-over for concert
Formed by award-winning pianist KaJeng Wong – Pianist, harmonica world-champion Cy Leo 何卓彥 and saxophonist 孫穎麟 Timothy Sun, performances by the trio have taken the musical world in Hong Kong by storm, breaking down barriers between genres across generations from movie hits, modern classics to traditional Cantonese tunes.
Smash featured hits from movie classics as well as their original works. Highlights include ‘B. Rhapsody’ which is a lively, witty piece interweaving motifs from Ludwig Beethoven’s best known piano sonatas and the 5th Symphony with melodies from Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and the Beatles.
This concert was proudly presented by Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Singapore and co-organised by Global Cultural Alliance and Music Lab.
